Great to see 20.000 people turn out last week to see the horse that "Miracle" describes as "the best horse in the world". Brilliant day had by all. This weekend we do it all again. No Black Caviar, but we do have the Doomben Cup heading up a great day's racing plus a couple of late mail specials to savour in both Melbourne and Sydney.We're not going to talk about ourselves too much but, in short, we've been away. Been to two glorious days at Cheltenham in March followed up by that weekend in Aintree and far too much else to go into now. And yes, we did back My Kingdom...our boss had (ahem) $10 for the place at $41 but didn't back him to win at $151. The best miss ever!
Bottom line, we're back (back!) with a new name and a fresh start. Each week we'll give you the inside word on what's really going on in racing in Aus. Or more accurately, we'll help you find winners, especially ones from overseas!
